Sinova Partners, Ltd. is a private equity firm that integrates proven technologies in the Cleantech sector with proven management teams to capitalize on the tremendous market opportunities that exist in the emerging economies of Asia, with a particular focus on China. Given the current economic cycle, a window of opportunity exists to license technology from “best in class” Cleantech companies in North America & Europe. Many of these companies have proven technology, with strong reference customers and top-tier investors, but they lack the experience, management expertise, and international networks required to pursue opportunities in Asia. • Market access to Asia with experienced operating executives on the ground, rigor with regard to IP protection, capital to support business development, and extensive relationship networks.
